The tree-top rooms at Sterling Nature Trails Sajan were a fantastic getaway from the daily life of Mumbai. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The property was neat and clean, surrounded by amazing trees. The staff was polite, courteous, and professional. They managed the activities very well, and I had an amazing experience. The meals served were properly designed for every taste and the food was delicious. The morning trek to the sajan dam was a highlight of my stay. I had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.
The in-room maintenance could be improved, as there were issues with the door-pusher and the noisy AC. Additionally, the bathroom fixtures seemed a bit dated and the cleanliness could have been better.

Great views and location, with plenty of activities to do. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The meals were also delicious, with a good variety of dishes.
The rooms and bathrooms were outdated and in need of maintenance. The air conditioning was difficult to control, and the fixtures and lights in the bathroom were faulty.

The location of the hotel was amazing, surrounded by serene trees and biodiversity. We particularly enjoyed the kayaking activities and the nearby dam was a scenic spot for a perfect romantic getaway. the meals were homely and delicious, offering a great variety of options.
The rooms felt dated and would definitely benefit from some updates and maintenance, particularly the AC which couldn't be controlled and made a lot of noise. the bathrooms also felt old and some lights were not working.

My stay amidst trees and biodiversity was an amazing experience. The hotel activities were great fun and well-managed by the professional staff. The treetop rooms were nicely done, comfortable and surrounded by nature. Additionally, the meals were delicious and catered to every taste bud. Finally, the hotel staff were polite, courteous and helpful throughout my stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel is situated near the picturesque Sajan Dam and has beautiful natural surroundings. the staff is polite and helpful. the local food served is tasty and satisfying. the bathroom fixtures are not up to the mark, and the dining area is plagued with insects.
The room interiors are dated and require renovation.
